Terms of Use

1. What nntask is

nntask is an app for organising a household’s chores and shared expenses: splitting what needs doing, keeping track of what gets spent, and seeing how things are going as a team.

To use it you need an account and to belong to a household, which you join by invitation from someone already in it.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 14 to create an account, the age set by Spanish law. A younger child may be part of a household as a member added by a responsible adult, without an account of their own.
• The details you provide must be accurate, and you are responsible for keeping your password safe.
• You can delete your account at any time from the app settings.

3. The content you share

What you upload to nntask — your profile photo, expense receipts, the names and descriptions you write — remains yours. We only use it to provide the service, as detailed in the privacy policy.

That content is visible to the people in your household. Before uploading something, consider who is part of it.

4. Prohibited content: zero tolerance

nntask is built for households and families. Uploading or sharing the following is never allowed:

• Sexually explicit content or nudity.
• Any material that involves minors in a sexual way. Beyond removing it and closing the account, we will report it to the competent authorities.
• Graphic violence, disturbing content, or anything that incites hatred.
• Harassment, threats, insults, or impersonating another person.
• Content that infringes copyright or the rights of others, or that is otherwise unlawful.

5. How to report content

If you see something that breaks these terms, you can report it from within the app: in the receipt viewer, and from each household member’s menu for their profile photo or name.

We review every report as soon as we can. You can also write to us directly at support@nntask.com.

6. What we do about violations

When we confirm that content breaks these terms, we remove it. Depending on severity and repetition, we may also suspend or close the responsible account without prior notice and without refund.

If the problem comes from the person who owns your household, write to us: we will act on their account just as we would on any other.

7. Subscription

nntask can be used for free. The Pro subscription unlocks additional features and is purchased and managed through the App Store or Google Play, who handle payment, renewal and cancellation under their own terms.

8. Availability and liability

We do everything we can to keep nntask running and your data safe, but the service is provided as is: we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

nntask is an organising tool, not a financial service: the balances and splits it shows are an aid for keeping track, not an accounting record nor a legal obligation between the people in the household.

9. Changes to these terms

If we update these terms, we will publish the new version here with its date. If the change is significant, we will also let you know from the app.
