Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 20, 2026

At nntask we take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what personal data we process when you use the app, for what purpose, and what rights you have over it.

1. What data we process

We only process the data needed for the app to work:

  • Account data: your email address, your display name and your password (always stored encrypted, never in plain text).
  • Your household content: the tasks, shared expenses, points and receipt photos you choose to upload.
  • Minimal technical data: an identifier used to send you push notifications and basic usage data essential to the service.

2. How we use your data

  • To create and manage your account and your household.
  • To sync tasks, expenses and balances between the members of your household.
  • To send you reminders and notifications (if you enable them).
  • To offer automatic suggestions (a task’s points or an expense’s category), computed on our server from the text you type.

3. Legal basis

We process your data to provide the service you requested (performance of a contract) and, in the case of notifications, on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time from your device settings.

4. Who we share your data with

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes. Your data is only shared in these cases:

  • With the other members of your household, who see the shared content (tasks, expenses and balances) of the household you belong to.
  • With Expo and with Apple or Google, solely to deliver push notifications to your device: it is the standard mechanism for mobile apps, and your device identifier and the text of the notification travel through it.

5. Advertising and analytics

nntask shows no ads and includes no advertising trackers or third-party analytics tools.

We do not collect your location or your contacts either.

6. Retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete the associated personal data.

7. Minors

You must be at least 14 to have your own nntask account — the age Spanish law sets for consenting on your own to the processing of your personal data.

A younger child can still be part of a household as a member added by a responsible adult: in that case they have no account and no credentials, and all we store about them is the name they appear under in the list.

8. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection and portability by writing to support@nntask.com. You can also request full deletion of your account through the same channel.

9. Security

Passwords are stored encrypted and all communication between the app and our server travels over secure connections (HTTPS).

Your data lives on our own infrastructure, not on third-party platforms.

10. Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we will publish the new version here with its update date.

11. Contact

For any question about this policy or about how we handle your data, write to us at support@nntask.com.
